Seth A. Manaker
Seth has been practicing as a real estate attorney in Charleston since 1996. Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, Seth obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Urban Studies from Trinity College. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Western New England College School of Law. Having spent parts of his childhood summers in his mother’s native Charleston, Seth later returned to begin a law practice with an exclusive focus on real estate transactions. Seth lives on James Island with his wife, Barbara, two children, and two dogs.
J. Michael Cipolla
Mike is an attorney with Manaker and Associates, LLC with a primary practice area in residential real estate with an emphasis on resolving title issues. Michael is a long-time resident of Charleston and is a graduate of the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina School of Law. His is married to fellow College of Charleston graduate Anne Wyman Cipolla. They live in West Ashley with their son, Michael.
Brian M. Collie
Brian is an associate focusing on real estate transactions and estate planning. A native of Charleston, Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration from Clemson University. After returning to Charleston, Brian graduated from the Charleston School of Law with his Juris Doctor. He received the CALI award in Wills, Trusts, and Estates and Securities Regulation. Brian is admitted to practice in the state courts of South Carolina and is a member of the South Carolina and Charleston County Bar Associations. While in law school, Brian worked as a compliance analyst and equities trader at Automated Trading Desk, LLC. Brian currently resides in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
