In addition to our highly trained team of attorneys and paralegals, Manaker and Associates, LLC utilizes a cutting-edge, web-based closing management system provided by Stewart Title.  This system known as SureClose allows all interested parties to a closing to monitor the progress of the transaction from start to finish.  The interested parties are also able to access and print key documents directly from the internet, using their individual user name and password.  SureClose has been in use by Stewart Title Agents across the country for several years, although there are only a few agents trained to use the system in South Carolina.  We have been utilizing SureClose for every single closing file since June of 2008.
